This is an assignment for the subject Service Design of an University – Ajeenkya DY Patil Pune, which is an attempt of a UX Design project of a much larger scale than the ones we had previously attempted. This large scale does not mean more quantum of screens, rather it means more stakeholders and a more complex context.
We identified several problem area and proposed solutions for a digital service, and not just a digital product.
